To perform the contract with you (delivering URL submissions, billing, support), to keep the Service secure (rate limiting, abuse prevention), and to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting records). We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
We use one first-party cookie, nova_indexer_session, to keep you signed in. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, Secure, and expires after 30 days. There is no analytics or advertising cookie on this site.
Cloudflare (hosting, D1 database, network) and Stripe (payments, invoicing, tax calculation) act as processors. Both operate under their own GDPR data processing agreements. Search engine operators receive the URLs you submit, which is the purpose of the Service.
Account and submission records are kept while your account is active, then deleted within 90 days unless tax law requires longer retention of invoices (typically 5–10 years for accounting records). Rate-limit entries are purged automatically.
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and you can object to processing. Write to support@novaecosystem.live. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Greece: the Hellenic Data Protection Authority).
Our processors may process data outside the EU/EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses. No data is sold or shared with advertisers.
