Last updated: 21 October 2026. These terms govern your use of Nova Indexer ("the Service"), operated by NOVA ECOSYSTEM SINGLE MEMBER P.C., Georgiou Seferi 5, 71305 Heraklion, Greece.
Nova Indexer submits URLs that you provide to the IndexNow endpoint, which distributes notifications to participating search engines (Bing, Yandex, Naver, Seznam, Yep). The Service also discovers URLs from your robots.txt and sitemap files, cleans them, and records the answer each engine returns.
We deliver notifications. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, crawling, indexing or ranking by any search engine.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person or company; automated account creation is not permitted.
You may only submit domains that you own or are authorised to represent, and you must be able to host the IndexNow key file at the domain root. You may not submit illegal content, malware, spam, or URLs you do not control. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or generate excessive failed submissions.
There is no free tier. Every account needs a paid plan or a one-time URL pack before it can submit. Monthly plans include a recurring number of URL submissions; one-time packs never expire and are added on top of the plan allowance. A URL counts against your quota only when an engine accepts the submission; failed submissions are not charged. Unused monthly quota does not roll over.
Prices are quoted in euro and exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout by Stripe Tax based on your billing country and added to the total. Businesses in the EU may enter a VAT identification number at checkout for the reverse-charge mechanism. Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
You may cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until it ends. See the Refund Policy for refunds.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is". Search engine endpoints are third-party services and may rate-limit or reject submissions. Planned maintenance is announced on this site where practical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost rankings, lost traffic or lost revenue.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.
These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Heraklion, Greece, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
